A. Hydraulic decoiler
Welded channel steel base frame
Main shaft core is adopted 45# steel, φ170×2400mm, tempering and quenching treatment to 230~250HB, high precision cutting and grinded.
Maximum loading weight at 5tons,
Three arch leaves are made of 20mm thickness A3 steel.
Shrinkage and expansion system is composed of 6 sets of wedge sliding bases;
Push & Pull shaft is controlled by hydraulic
Knobs operation
Expansion range: φ460~φ520mmwith outer jacket atφ630mm
Cycloidal pin gearbox hydraulic motor (Bm-D320) provide feeding power.
Maximum feeding speed is at 20m/min, 5.5KW, 380V/50Hz/3phases
Two modes: one is spot driven and the other is automatic driven
B. Double layers roll forming machine
The main function is to form two kinds of profiles. But it cannot make both shapes at the same time. It can make either of profiles separately.
It is composed of upper layer and lower layer structures, upper layer structure can make one profile and lower layer structure can make the other profile.
It is composed of three parts, incoming side guider, roller former and straightener
Incoming side guider is suitable for material with width at 1220mm
Main former for 1100mm profile is with 4KW cycloidal pin motor (controlled by inverter); 20 groups of forming roller
Main former for 1060 mm profile is with 4KW cycloidal pin motor (controlled by inverter) 16 groups of forming roller,
Shaft for forming rollers are φ75×1530mm, material: 45# steel; tempering and quenching treatment; pressing roller’s material: forged 45# steel, hard chrome surface treatment; 40~45HRC,
Welded steel base frame by channel steel and panel steel
Chain transmission, maximum forming speed for is 18m/min
C. Combined hydraulic shearing machine
Welded steel plate frame
Blade’s material: forged Cr12MoV, rough machined for heat treated to hardness: HRC58~62, high precision grinding, linear cutting and etc. treatments
D. Hydraulic station
Hydraulic driving motor: 4.0KW; hydraulic pump: 16Mpa, volume: 16ml/r, Hydraulic cylinder: φ63x120 (2sets)
E. Digital control operation cabinet
